To use our services on Aplusclassroom.com, you must register using our online student enrollment forms.  By registering you choose to give us personal information about yourself.  This information can include, but is not limited to, your name, address, name of school, position or grade level, phone number, email, teacher, student or mentor’s name, and course information.

The UserID and password you chose during registration must be used to login and participate in a service.  Once you login to Aplusclassroom.com, you will be identified to the instructor and other students in that course by your full name in areas such as discussion forums, email lists, and other places where names appear.  Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes available to the instructor and other students in that course, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.  If you are a student, your grades in the Aplussclassroom.com courses will be reported to your mentor and your school and/or Sponsoring Institution.  

Security Measures
The American Education Corporation is committed to data security and preventing unauthorized use of personal information through the use of firewalls, 128-byte encryption using an SSL Certificate, and other security measures.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure.  As a result, The American Education Corporation cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, so you do so at your own risk.

About Children
The American Education Corporation does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.  If The American Education Corporation receives Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13, we will respond and delete any information received.  We encourage children to talk to their parents about the use of the Internet and the disclosure of Personal Information.
